These Terms are an agreement between you and Taron0830 ("we", "us", or "our") regarding the hams real-time voice social service. By selecting sign-in, completing registration, entering a voice room, posting content, or continuing to use the service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and the hams Privacy Policy. Do not use the service if you do not agree.
You must be at least 18 and legally capable of entering this agreement where you live. You may not register for a person prohibited from using the service or use the service in a location where we have not made it available.
hams may provide voice rooms, live audio, instant messages, posts, comments, follows, profiles, reporting, virtual gifts, and other features introduced over time. Availability may differ by region, device, version, account status, or testing phase. A feature marked as planned, simulated, beta, or not yet available is not a commitment to launch it.
"User Content" includes text, images, avatars, comments, messages, voices, and other material you upload, publish, transmit, or express in a room. You retain your lawful rights and represent that you have permission to submit the content.
To operate and display the service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license, sublicensable only to necessary service providers, to host, cache, copy, transmit, format, display, moderate, and distribute User Content while it remains on the service. This license is limited to providing, protecting, operating, and improving hams and does not allow us to sell your private content as a standalone product.
After content or account deletion, this license ends after a reasonable backup and processing period, except for legally retained, disputed, lawfully re-shared, or irreversibly anonymized material.
You must not create, share, organize, encourage, or assist:
Other people in a voice room may hear you in real time. Do not assume speech in a public room is private. You may not record, capture, or distribute a private conversation without valid consent from participants.
Use the clearly labeled report and block features for objectionable content or conduct. Contact local emergency services for immediate danger. hams is not an emergency, medical, legal, or mental-health service.
We may use automated or human review to receive reports, investigate violations, and take proportionate action, including removing content, reducing visibility, limiting rooms or messages, freezing benefits, suspending or terminating accounts, preserving evidence, and reporting matters to competent authorities. We do not promise to pre-screen all content, but we conduct ongoing moderation appropriate to risk, law, and platform rules.
False reports, abuse of complaint tools, and evasion of enforcement are violations. We will provide a reasonable appeal path where safety, confidentiality, or law does not prevent it.
When available, coins, gifts, memberships, and other digital benefits are limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable licenses to use service features. They are not deposits, legal tender, redeemable assets, ownership interests, or interest-bearing property. Unless law requires or a purchase page expressly states otherwise, they cannot be cashed out, resold, or traded outside the service.
Google Play payment rules also apply to purchases made through Google Play. Price, tax, duration, refund terms, and benefits are shown at purchase. Minors may not purchase or use paid features.
Google Sign-In, Google Play, ZEGOCLOUD real-time communications, and other third-party services are governed by their terms and policies. Their outages, account restrictions, or policy changes may affect a feature. We reasonably select and manage providers but do not control their independent services.
The hams software, interface, brands, icons, documentation, operator content, and technology belong to us or our licensors. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the service normally. They do not transfer ownership. You may not copy, sell, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivatives except where applicable law expressly permits.
To report infringement, email evidence of your rights, the specific content or location, contact details, and a good-faith statement to lty1219186777@gmail.com.
You may request account deletion through the in-app deletion path or lty1219186777@gmail.com. Deletion affects access to content, relationships, messages, and virtual benefits and may be irreversible.
We may reasonably restrict, suspend, or terminate service if you breach these Terms, endanger another person or service security, create legal or platform risk, or remain inactive where permitted by law. Provisions that should survive, including ownership, liability, disputes, and necessary retention, continue after termination.
We work to maintain the service but do not promise permanent, uninterrupted, or error-free availability. Maintenance, networks, third parties, force majeure, regulation, or security events may interrupt features. We will give reasonable advance notice of material adverse changes where practical and provide any remedy required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available." User Content reflects its author, not us. You must use judgment in online interactions and transactions.
We do not exclude liability for willful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, fraud, mandatory consumer rights, or any liability that law does not allow us to exclude. Where lawful, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or unforeseeable loss. No limitation affects non-waivable rights where you live.
We may update these Terms as the service or law changes. We will notify you of material changes through the app, an announcement, or another reasonable channel and obtain renewed acceptance where required. Continued use after an update means acceptance; otherwise, stop using the service and delete your account.
These Terms are governed by the law of the operator's place of registration, without limiting mandatory consumer or data-protection rights where you live. The parties should first attempt in good faith to resolve a dispute through lty1219186777@gmail.com. If unresolved, a court with lawful jurisdiction may hear it. A mandatory local dispute process prevails where applicable.
