Delete your hams account

You can request deletion of your hams account and associated personal data from Settings in the app or by email.

1. Email us from the Google email address used for the account when possible.
2. Include your hams user ID and state that you want the account and associated data deleted.
3. We may ask for proportionate identity verification before completing the request.

After verification, we delete or anonymize associated personal data except records that must be retained for law, fraud prevention, safety, transactions, or active disputes. Completed deletion may be irreversible.
